Dr. Allan Donner is a Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Western University. His methodological research focuses on the design and analysis of clinical studies, with a special interest in cluster randomization trials. He is a co-author of the text "Design and Analysis of Cluster Randomization Trials in Health Research."
Dr. Donner has served on the Steering Committee of multi-national trials sponsored by the World Health Organization and the European Commission, is a consultant to the International Vaccine Institute based in Korea, and is a member of the Expert Advisory Committee on Bioavailability and Bioequivalence at Health Canada. He has presented invited talks and workshops for the Society for Clinical Trials, the Drug Information Association, and the Biometric Society.
In 2007, he was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.
