Despite being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 5, Luke has grown into an active student athlete with an interest in golf, basketball, and fitness. He was the CN Junior National Skills Competition Champion, Grade 6 class valedictorian, and his next goal advocate for those like him living with T1D. Most recently, Luke has spent a night atop a flagpole with his father as part of JDRF’s Let’s Make History Again fundraising event.
