When it comes to her Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis, Aubrey is not shy in sharing her experience with the disease through raising awareness or by answering questions from others. While she is excited about advocating for T1D research in Ottawa, she is looking forward to meeting kids just like her who understands what she goes through every day. Aubrey’s hobbies include box lacrosse, volleyball, swimming, drawing and painting, badminton, crafts, and dance. She enjoys travelling and hopes to one day find a career working with children.
