The real-life challenges of living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) are often unknown to those who don’t have the disease. Use our DiaDigits Calculator and we will email you a report that demonstrates how daily life with T1D affects you and your family. The calculator will provide you with concrete numbers of how many insulin injections you’ve had, how many lost hours of sleep, how many blood glucose checks and more – all from the point of diagnosis.

We will use the averages of these numbers to help advocate all levels of government to make diabetes devices more accessible and offload the burden of T1D from Canadian families, as well as raise awareness about what it’s like to live with this disease.
