The JDRF Ride for Diabetes Research is a stationary bike-a-thon that funds type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. It is a fun, high energy event that invites team spirit and friendly competition among colleagues. Teams of 5 ride for seven minutes each over the course of 40 minutes. Enjoy camaraderie with colleagues, as well as competition with teammates and competitors, while making a difference in the lives of those living with T1D.

Youth Ambassador and Mentor Training
We will be holding a Youth Ambassador training session on October 25, and a Mentor training session on November 4.
