Volunteer Opportunities

Whether it's the TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes, the JDRF Revolution Ride to Defeat Diabetes,  or any other JDRF event, they all require a considerable amount of volunteer help.

This help can be pre-event, working on a committee - recruitment of participants, solicitation of sponsorships for items and services, or day-of event duties - registration, route supervision, kids activities, refreshment area, etc.

For information on the many volunteer opportunities available, please contact Christine at 709.237.6855 or email cgreening@jdrf.ca

Volunteers are the backbone of JDRF and their support is truly appreciated!

Third Party Events

A third party event is a fundraising event in support of JDRF, organized independently by an outside (third) party.

If your company, service club, or group is interested in helping raise funds for JDRF, we would love to hear from you. From raffles to bake sales, BBQs to carnivals, the only limit is your imagination!

If you wish to host a third party event in support of JDRF, please contact Christine at 709.237.6855 or email cgreening@jdrf.ca
