Many of the richest people in the world are not millionaires, they are volunteers.

JDRF is always in need of volunteers to assist with fundraising events throughout the year.

If you have some spare time and want to make a difference in the life of someone with T1D, give the JDRF office a call at 857-4255.

You are not alone… Parent Support Group

When a loved one is diagnosed with diabetes, it can be a traumatic and stressful time. Fear, sadness, anger, and confusion about how to manage the disease can leave families feeling alone and overwhelmed. For more information or just someone to talk to who has walked in your shoes contact our Outreach Volunteers Gerry at  Kelley at or Belinda at

Our Outreach Volunteers work hard to plan activities for families with loved ones with T1D, be sure to be let us know if you want to be included in these invitations. This is an excellent opportunity to reach out and talk to moms, dads and kids who know the ropes. You can also contact our office at 857-4255 for updates
