2010 TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes



Thank you to all of you that participated in the TELUS Walks that have taken place so far this Spring!  So far we have walked in the cities and communities of Whitehorse, Courtenay, Cranbrook, Kamloops, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Fraser Valley, Vancouver and Victoria.

Steppin’ Up Awards

The Steppin’ Up Awards are awarded each year to the top fundraising teams. Your team could be one of them this year! 

The 2009 Steppin’ Up Award Teams will be recognized at the TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes on June 13th, 2010 in their respective locations.

Top Family Fundraising Team - The most prestigious of all awards.  This recognizes the Family team who raises the greatest amount of funds at the TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes.

Top TELUS Family Fundraising Team - This recognizes the TELUS Family team who raises the greatest amount of funds at the TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes.

Top Online Fundraising Team - This recognizes the Family team that raised the most funds on line for the TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes.

Rookie of the Year Award - This recognizes the team that raises the most funds at their first TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes

Leaps & Bounds Award - This recognizes the team that shows the greatest percentage increase in their fundraising and participation over the previous year.
