Mary Tyler Moore, star of The Dick Van Dyke Show and The Mary Tyler Moore Show, was a tireless advocate for millions of people with T1D. Diagnosed at age 33, she became JDRF’s International Chairman in 1984 and made a tremendous impact on this organization. She will be sadly missed. We cherished her in life and mourn her passing.
